Sophomore year

I am excited to be going into the 10th grade. I have a feeling it is going to be a challenge but I have confidence that I will do well. My goals for next year are to do well in all of my classes and to get a part in the musical and the spring show.

Do you have advice for me as I enter 10th grade?

Sophomore year

College

I'm not entirely sure what I want to be when I grow up. I know for a fact that I want to go to college because it opens up so many opportunities. I think that when picking a college you have to pick one that relates with you. You should go to a college that you like, you shouldn't go to a college because you've heard it's one of the best colleges in the state, you should go because you like it there and that you believe that it could widen your horizons.

Technology in our world

Technology is simply amazing. You can learn so much from it. Our culture can communicate with each other in a faster way now thanks to social networks like facebook and myspace. Cell phones make it easier too because if there is a car accident you don't need to scramble to the nearest pay phone any more because you have a phone right in your pocket. For me, technology is a miracle worker. It's information right at your finger tips. If I needed to know the square root of 12 I could find out easily by searching it in google or even text the question to KGB, it makes life easier and much more fun. Technology is super fun, nobody in this world can say it isn't.

Of course you shouldn't stare at your computer all day long you should still get out and do things that you would do without technology. Technology is great, but you still have to live a healthy lifestyle not a sit on your couch and play video games all day long lifestyle.

Breakthroughs in medical and scientific technology is great too. The death ratio is defiantly different from back in the 2o's just because we can cure certain sicknesses now that they couldn't back then. We have also found out so many new things in this world because of the scientific technology we have now.

For these reasons, I believe technology in both ways are great. I believe that you can still say technology is important but you still need to live a life where not all you do is something that involves it.

Book Talk

I had a very nice paragraph about my book, but it won't let me paste, so I read a book about a game people were in that was a game where you were chosen and you had to participate no matter what, and the winner was the last one out of the 24 alive.

If you were chosen to be in these games, what would your reactions be?

A Wee Bit About the Wrath that is Ben.

I live in the north country of New Hampshire. I enjoy it most of the time, except for the winter time, I do not enjoy the winter. I do not play many team sports but I like to play outside with friends and family. I love to act and be in my school plays, so that's what I do in my free time. I'm also in D.I. which stands for destination imagination. One of my favorite movies is The Godfather.
